Walker Road Animal Hospital is a progressing 24 hour small animal routine/emergency practice in Windsor ON. We are currently seeking a motivated Veterinary Assistant to join our team.
Hours:
- Full-time, 36-40 hours per week
- Must be available to work days, afternoons, and nights
- Must be available to work weekend and holidays if scheduled
Qualifications:
- Must have excellent communication skills and be proficient with MS Word, Excel and Outlook
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be able to handle multiple tasks and be able to problem solve
- Must have good work ethic
- Must have excellent organizational skills
- Preference will be given to candidate who have successfully completed a veterinary office administration or veterinary assistant program.
Compensation and benefits commensurate with experience.
