I’ve been a Registered Veterinary Technician since graduating from the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology’s Animal Health Technology program in 2007. I’m proud to be an RVT in both Ontario and Alberta, and I love working at Walker Road Animal Hospital, where we provide high-quality veterinary care 24/7, 365 days a year.

From a young age, I’ve had a deep love for animals, which led me to pursue a career in veterinary medicine. My passions lie in emergency medicine, anesthesia and surgery, exotics, and animal behavior. Patient care and comfort are especially important to me—I strive to help every animal feel safe and at ease during their visit. Working with exotics is particularly rewarding, and I love being part of a dedicated team that shares my commitment to animal health and welfare.

Outside of work, my home is filled with furry (and fluffy!) companions. I have four wonderful cats—Max, Chloe, Winnie, and Sophie—as well as two adorable bunnies, Timmy and Harvey.

I’m grateful for the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of animals and their people, especially during critical moments when they need us most.
